Services (Adults Only)

I offer individual counseling for adults who feel overwhelmed, worn down, or stuck in survival mode. Many people come to therapy carrying stress and experiences that have quietly shaped how they think, feel, and respond to the world. Therapy gives you space to slow down, make sense of those patterns, and begin to feel more grounded again.

I work closely with military members, veterans, first responders, and their families. Living in service oriented roles often means putting your own needs last. Over time, this can lead to burnout, anxiety, emotional numbness, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the people you care about. Therapy offers a place where you do not have to stay on guard or carry everything alone.

I also support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity shifts, and major life transitions. You do not need a single defining event to benefit from trauma informed care. Repeated stress, loss, or ongoing pressure can have a lasting impact on the nervous system and sense of self.

My approach is trauma informed, collaborative, and paced to you. We focus on understanding your experiences with compassion, building skills for regulation and coping, and helping you feel more present and in control in your daily life. The goal is not to fix you. The goal is to support you as you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and ease.
