If you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time, it can start to feel exhausting. You might notice overthinking, shutting down, or always feeling on edge. These patterns do not come out of nowhere. They often come from experiences your mind and body are still trying to process. Therapy gives you space to slow things down, make sense of what you’ve been through, and start feeling more steady in your everyday life.

You do not have to have everything figured out before you start. You do not need the “right” words or a clear place to begin. You only need a willingness to show up.

Together, we focus on understanding what is underneath the stress and building practical tools you can use outside of sessions. We move at your pace. We create a space where you can feel supported, understood, and not judged.

Many people I work with are navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, or relationship stress. Some are in high-pressure roles or used to carrying a lot on their own. No matter your background, this space is for you.
